Research Interests
My research is focused on osteoarthritis (OA), a very common but understudied condition. I am primarily interested in OA that affects more than one joint, also called ‘generalized’ or ‘multi-joint’ OA, with a focus on functional impact and racial differences. I work with Dr. Jordan using data from the Johnston County Osteoarthritis Project. I am currently enrolled in the Masters of Science in Clinical Research at the UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health.
