Directions from the East

  1. Take 1-40 West to exit #273 A.
  2. Take NC 54 West to Chapel Hill.
  3. Take US 15-501 Bypass South to Manning Drive.
  4. Turn right onto Manning Drive.
  5. The Thurston Arthritis Research Center is located at on the left hand side of Manning Drive just before the intersection of Manning Drive and South Columbia Street.
  6. Patient and visitor parking for the Thurston Arthritis Research Center is available in the Dogwood deck. The Dogwood deck is located on Manning Drive (approximately three tenths of a mile from Thurston on the left) directly across from the main UNC Hospitals.
